Frequently Asked Questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's Settings app. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → RepLedger. From there you can change or cancel your plan.
How do I restore my purchases on a new device?
Open RepLedger, go to Settings, and tap 'Restore Purchases'. This will restore any active subscriptions associated with your Apple ID.
Where is my data stored?
All your workout data is stored locally on your device. We don't have servers that store your personal data. If you have iCloud Backup enabled, your data may be included in your device backups.
How do I export my workout data?
Pro subscribers can export their workout history to CSV. Go to Settings → Export to CSV. The file will be generated and you can share it or save it to your Files app.
Can I transfer my data to a new device?
If you restore your new device from an iCloud or local backup that includes RepLedger, your data will transfer automatically. Alternatively, Pro users can export their data as CSV and re-import it manually.

All subscriptions are managed through Apple. To view, change, or cancel your subscription:
- Open Settings on your iPhone
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap Subscriptions
- Find and tap RepLedger
Refunds
Refund requests must be made directly through Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund.
